My car was damaged while it was in service for an oil change. I felt that had I not asked for a loaner, the dealer would not have offered a loaner car while they repaired the car. The loaner car I did r change. I felt that had I not asked for a loaner, the dealer would not have offered a loaner car while they repaired the car. The loaner car I did receive sucked. It was horrible. The dealer did not offer any discount on the service as compensation for them damaging my car and the inconvenience of not having my car for a whole week. Very poor service. More
