From out of town, car needed emergency services. Called at 7am and they took me immediately and provided transportation to and from hotel. I booked online and included that I have a service contract and wanted the service available under that contract. I also called in to make sure a car wash was added. When I arrived, the technician was contract and wanted the service available under that contract. I also called in to make sure a car wash was added. When I arrived, the technician was condescending and curt and hesitant to assist. He finally pulled up my Honda Care deal. They said they would call when the car was ready within an hour. They did not call but I came to pick up the car 3 hours later after some morning meetings. I asked the cashier about some other services, including body work and window replacement as I have a service agreement for this and wanted to know if it could be completed at a later appointment. She was also curt and unwilling to assist. She told me to speak to my technician who had already been unhelpful with providing information on their services and the service contract process. I picked up my keys and car and my car had not been washed (3 hours later). I brought the keys back and had to wait 15 minutes for them to return. The car wasn’t washed. They just sprayed it down. I had to take it to a car wash to have it cleaned as spraying it down with water just made it streak. This dealership is close to my apartment but I’ll make the drive to find another dealership to have my body work done, oil changes, and windshield replaced. Overall disappointing experience and being sent a survey request 7 times with a couple of the links actually being links to the dealerships website is frustrating. More
