Up until this most recent service appointment, I would've given 5 stars. But my appointment this week was a disaster. 1) Last week, I scheduled a service appointment online, where they would pick up my car given 5 stars. But my appointment this week was a disaster. 1) Last week, I scheduled a service appointment online, where they would pick up my car at 10am Monday morning. Had done this previously and it was a great experience. 2) Driver called at 8:45am to tell me he was at my house to pick up my car. I was on a conference call and could not accept the driver's call. This was the reason that I scheduled a 10am pick up, and not an earlier one. 3) When I called the service department to try to get the driver back or reschedule for another day, they suddenly announce that there is now a $19.95 charge for pickup/delivery of my car (I only live 5 miles away). Used to be free, but in the past week they have added a charge. This charge does not appear anywhere on their website, in the reservation system, in the terms and conditions of the reservations system, in any email or text confirmation. So if they had been able to pick up my car at 8:45am, I would've been charged for this service, that had previously been free, without being notified in advance. I find this completely unethical. 4) When I explained that this was "sold" to me as one of the perks of buying/leasing my car from Brickell Honda, they said that I would need to talk to the Sales Manager about this. 5) They connected me with the Sales Manager and I received his voicemail. I left a detailed message and asked for a return call. This was Monday 1/10. It is Thursday 1/13 and I still have not received a return call. More
