Had an appointment but had to wait four hours. Car was not washed and was never in informed that the service had been completed. El servicio fue bien, pero pienso que no deberían dar tantos appointment’s para la misma hora porque llegas a tu hora y te dicen que es por orden de llegada y en mi caso habían dado nada más y nada menos tantos appointment’s para la misma hora porque llegas a tu hora y te dicen que es por orden de llegada y en mi caso habían dado nada más y nada menos que 80 appointment’s es de locos . Untrustworthy. Brought in my car for a several items including oil change and standard items such as refill of fluids. Asked specifically to have tires rotated. No tire rotation was done, no air was re including oil change and standard items such as refill of fluids. Asked specifically to have tires rotated. In the end I paid $850, they had my car for 2.5 days and couldn’t even perform a car wash. Any other dealership provides better service. More

While the customer service interaction was fair - my biggest issue was that I was charged twice the amount I was quoted when I originally asked for a service and an explanation for why was not given.
