For 4 years I have brought my car at this dealer for service and this last time I was so disappointed the way your receptionist kept me waiting for 20 minutes because she was talking on phone when I as service and this last time I was so disappointed the way your receptionist kept me waiting for 20 minutes because she was talking on phone when I ask her why it was taking that long to charge me (my bill) she told me she was checking this check and I ask her can you take my payment and then continue your search she didn't respond and completely ignored me also that day 12/16/21 since I'm not vaccinated for medical reasons I brought my portable chair to stay outside for precautions I didn't know I left it at the dealer till late that night and the following day Friday (12/17/21) call for service man Vladimir Diaz to check if he or any other employees picked the chair up 3 times and each time I was told by the receptionist that he was busy and I ask her to please to live a message for him to call me not until my 4th call that I ask if Mr Diaz still not available then wanted to talk to Mr Caballero then and only then she finally put Vladimir on phone I explained to him that I forgot my chair and he promised that he will asks the others co workers and look for it and call me back well that was last Friday and I'm still waiting for his call for sure a terrible experience with the costumer service at Brickell Honda please let me know if any body have found my portable chair I will really be thankful More
