Dear Brickell Honda, Your location staff did such a great job overall. However, after leaving I find that my Mugen Power reservoir tank cover sleeve wasn't on the brake fluid lid. It was originally on the brake fluid cover prior to coming in for brake fluid change service. Whether they stole it or forgot to put it back on it's no longer there. Honda is a multimillion dollar company and they usually return stuff to its original location in customer vehicles. This is the first Honda I've been to that didn't do that. I reckon it's just a $23 item from Kingmotorsports and that it wasn't returned to its original location really confuses me. I'll give you a chance to respond if you really care about your customers.
