Brickell Honda in Miami service dept. never disappoints. I’ve taken my vehicles for service there multiple times and they have always been very efficient. Service advisor Miguel Diaz is top notch. I went in for an oil change & my headlights checked coz they’re dead. Guy said ok and they do check for everything so I trusted what he told me. Came back after 3 hours. They ordered Lyft for me which is c they’re dead. Guy said ok and they do check for everything so I trusted what he told me. Came back after 3 hours. They ordered Lyft for me which is cool. But my headlights we’re not fixed at all which I specifically requested and hoping will be done. It was busy day I know. I asked why my headlights are still off, but this dude who brought back my car isn’t English speaking.. so I just left coz it’s pointless to dispute. Everything was okay except that headlights issue that I was promised to that will be part of the check up service. More

Too long to wait. Just to change the oil. 3 hours! With appt and all. I was never told I would have to wait this long. Had to take an uber. Spend my money. I hate writing this review. However I can’t discount my past 2 visits required follow up to resolve issues either missed by service center or not completed during initial visit First instance I had a ne past 2 visits required follow up to resolve issues either missed by service center or not completed during initial visit First instance I had a new trunk installed. They left off one part which prevented trunk from opening. When I went back for oil change I asked them to check and they fixed the oversight 2nd time I had some leaks missed during my service. I noticed the leak after they said everything was good and went back. 5 hours later stuck at dealer the leak got fixed I have been coming here for years. Only recently are these issues happening 3 strikes you are out. So far they have 2. If something else happens in next visit I will be finding a new service center More
Got the maintenance package with the lease and it supposed to come with tire rotation and car wash for 3 years I never got a car wash and they only rotated the tires ones.
