In their appointment scheduled app, there is the ability to schedule interior and exterior detailing. However when I arrived I was told they don’t do detailing of cars. Very disappointed. I have been a customer of Brickell Very disappointed. I have been a customer of Brickell Motors for almost twenty years (bought my first car there and have bought at least 3 cars from Very disappointed. I have always taken my cars to perform maintenance with them. They used to provide a very good service but sadly is not the case anymore. I recently took my Odyssey for a regular oil change and decided to wait at the lounge. Although the Service Advisor promised that the car was going to be ready in 1 hour or less, it took 3 hours and a half to finish a simple oil change that is not supposed to take more than 40 minutes to complete in the worst case scenario. I was tired of waiting and went to talk to her and find out the status of the service and she gave me the unpleasant news that they hadn't even started to perform the oil change yet!!!...after 3 hours and a half!!!. It was not until that moment when she saw that I was not pleased, that she went and rushed the mechanics to do the job, which they finished in 20 minutes. Then she told me that the car was ready, I paid the bill and went to the pick up aream.... and oh suprise!!...they changed the oil in a rush and didn't even reset the computer....the service light was on in the instrument cluster. I immediately let them know about it and another Service Advisor came to reset it. I left the facilities and later found out that they didn't even performed the multipoint inspection they supposedly do everytime the car is taken for service; the tire pressure was low in two of the tires and was showing different readings on the other two.....which means they did not do anything to my car!!! and is not the first time it happens, this is the second time in less than two years that I notice low tire pressure after a service is performed with them. It even makes me wonder if they finally changed the oil or not....as an old client, I have a really bad aftertaste and despite my loyalty, I'm not willing to continue rewarding a mediocre service or recommend it to my family or friends. Once again, big dissapointment!! More
