I arrived 10 earlier for my appointment. No one came to help me after 25 minutes outside next to my car that I dropped off with the valet. Also all the valet people only spoke to me in Spanish. I’m not native Spanish country and don’t like speaking it. The valets guys keeping pushing me to trade in the car when I came in for service and the other one did the same thing when I was leaving. You can truly see they make a cut if you get people to the a lease. This was so unprofessional and so annoying that makes me think to buy a car away from Honda and to another place where customers are better treatment. More
