This is the second time I use the service department at Brickell Honda, and although the first was a good experience, I am disappointed by the recent visit yesterday. Before coming I chatted online thro Brickell Honda, and although the first was a good experience, I am disappointed by the recent visit yesterday. Before coming I chatted online through your website and received a quote for a special ($39.95) for the service. When I arrived, the gentleman I spoke with said it would be $149.95 and that my quote (I had a picture of it) was not to be honored because it was a receptionist that chatted with me and wasn’t equipped to give me that quote. He agreed to give me a 5% discount on the $149.95 price. I accepted the service and paid, but in hindsight should have walked away. I don’t believe this business practice gives Honda or the dealership a good name. I will not return for service. Additionally, I addressed this issue via email with the manager and received no response. More
