Individualize service and great explanations I don’t know a lot about cars so I always feel hesitant taking it in. He showed me exactly what was wrong and what they would need to do to fix it He went above and beyond to help me when I needed help before I was able to leave my car. When I picked up my car, I had a few questions and the service tech walked me through the work that was done. More

Car oil says 60% after oil change. Nobody called back. Got my car oil change under my Honda care plan. Drive a little and notice the car is sputtering a little and also noticed that the oil life only says Got my car oil change under my Honda care plan. I told them the oil life says 60% and that’s concerning to me. She said the manager will Call me back in 10 - I asked for him to call me in 30 It’s been 24 hours and still no call back. From my previous dealings with sales and finance here, I’m not surprised. More
