They wrote up the wrong person and car when I went in after I gave them my name. I had also called earlier and was told that I still had 1 complimentary oil change until 2024 and when I got there they s after I gave them my name. I booked an appointment at 11 am for an oil change, on a Friday, and the car was ready at 2:05.
