Overall experience was excellent. I had set up an appointment to see a mini cooper I found online with the GM. Upon entering the dealership I was approached by Ricky Rodriguez. Ricky made the process so comfortable and easy with the car buying process. Once I was told of my approval I was then able to meet with Oliver in finance he also made the process comfortable and a pleasure to work with.
