Great but 1st time here for leased vehicle scheduled maintenance. Service was very friendly and place is nice. I like that they offer free Uber if necessary. My low rating is due to a few things: (1) Nobody was available to speak with me about my lease (2) I wasn't able to take advantage of the payment plan offer because someone took the iPad that was necessary for me to sign up (3) My car wasn't vacuumed or washed because there was too long a wait and they didn't want me to have to wait. Besides this, the usual common dealership complaint over over-charging. They wanted to charge me $36 to patch a tire, $45 to replace wipers, $75 to replace air cabin filter. My service advisor and the greeters were very helpful and nice, however. More

Came in for first time to this dealer for regular oil change service and was told I needed $1000 worth of services. When I price compared, they were much higher; while they said they will match prices el change service and was told I needed $1000 worth of services. When I price compared, they were much higher; while they said they will match prices elsewhere, that requires me to do homework when they should be ensuring they are competitive. Also, I submitted a recall letter for a part that needed to be ordered, it’s been over a month and no updates. They probably forgot about it. Do not intend to return. More
