Timely service, user friendly It was easy to book the appt online, and check in was simple once our advisor was ready. We appreciated the complimentary Lyft, as well as the option to text throughout service. We were told 2 hrs and it was right on time. However, we were told that it would be washed and vacuumed and it wasn’t. Other than that, the repair was for a recall so we assume all was taken care of as planned. Our advisor was friendly but it was not a warm welcome when you walked in the door for the other staff. No one really directed us for where to go or what to do. More

Poor employee experience I scheduled my appointment for the annual service and check the software in my car. But the agreement was that we could return next saturday and don't appointment was needed due that only job pending was change the chip . Summary short we arrived the second time the first representative tell us that with no appointment this service can't be done. We provided explanation about why we were there and the name of the Representative that supported us on previous week but he was off. After escalation to the management and 1 hour waiting they were asking if I paid for this software change, why the software change need to be done. Finally another hour waiting to do this and my feeling was that they are doing a favor to me . Really a terrible customer experience This was or first time and will be the Iast time in this Service Center. More

Fast, Courteous Service I had to have my immobile vehicle towed to the dealership. My appointment was two hours later than when I arrived. Instead, I was seen by a service rep right away and told my car would be seen by the next available mechanic. I was out of there much sooner than expected. Everyone was friendly and professional. Definitely would recommend. More
