Brickell Mazda - Service Center

I got three outreach’s for my potential CX-5 swap to a CX-9 as the dealership wanted the carbon edition (popular version). I had told them that would only go if I my monthly payment payment was ~$380. The CX-9 as the dealership wanted the carbon edition (popular version). I had told them that would only go if I my monthly payment payment was ~$380. The sales person had instructed me that based on the my vehicle equity we should be able to work something out. I was of course happy with my car but wanted to see the options per the marketing campaign from Mazda Brickell (3 calls) due to CX-5 being more popular. I am frustrated due to two things: 1) manager instructing sales person that there weren’t any white/black CX-9 with black rims—they are available per the inventory so I was derailed for the less popular (red, blue, light silver) and 2) i would had expected the sales person to do proper due dilligence prior to my arrival as he instructed me again per the manager that I had negative equity. I am happy with my CX-5, was satisfied with the last sales person and my last service; however, today was frankly a waste of time. More
