Brickell Mazda - Service Center

Two and a half hours for an oil change. Was called and asked to sell my car before I even arrived and had to give a FIRM “no” before he would back off. Also, the computer tried to over-charge me several times and I had to have it manually changed to my quoted price. The desk service from Juan was great (he’s very kind and helpful), but literally everything else was a disaster. Not as bad as Ocean Mazda but so so much worse than Gem Mazda in Tallahassee. If you want to improve, look at what they do because their service is so much better. More
