I finally was able to re-schedule for November 29, but the pick-up time for my vehicle was changed three times -- and the service, when performed, cost more than the original estimate earlier in the month. Your service representative also attempted to charge me for a pick-up more than 5 miles from your premises -- when I live 4.4 miles from there. This was negligent, at best. I am not happy. More
