Upon arrival, I was taken to meet with my service representative. I was offered complimentary beverage, arrangements were made for my wait time and I was provided with the service of an Alto vehicle to run a quick errand while I waited for my car. The estimated appointment time was as expected and once the car was ready, Victor, my service representative took the time to explain a few functions of my new car to make my driving experience even better. It was beyond my expectations. Your dealership and its staff has been a pleasant surprise and truly has made me, a customer, feel very welcome and appreciated.
