Bought my car here and brought to service because it was included in the purchase. I LOVED the experience beginning to end. Being totally new to Brickell Mazda, I had no idea what to expect, but I am glad I included in the purchase. I LOVED the experience beginning to end. Being totally new to Brickell Mazda, I had no idea what to expect, but I am glad I made the drive to their service dept. For starters, I went to the sales lot and a very courteous young man by the name of Anthony directed me to their Service Department. At Service, I first encountered Edelio who was such a professional! I told him how much I loved my car and he said I chose the right place. He said I had nothing to worry about, but for my peace of mind, he said that they have cameras everywhere with monitors in the waiting area. My next impression came from Juan Cil, my service advisor. Very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He addressed ALL my concerns, some of which I know were borderline OCD. I was in an out way faster than I had anticipated. I highly recommend Juan and Brickell Mazda service. More

I had a number of things that needed repair on my car, I thought I needed a cluch replacement but Chris found to not be the case, saving me a number of dollars, he fixed the cluch issues with minimal parts thought I needed a cluch replacement but Chris found to not be the case, saving me a number of dollars, he fixed the cluch issues with minimal parts having to be used.
