Quick, laid back, comfortable, friendly, affordable Working with Chase to get me the price, payments and suv that I wanted and that woould be comfortable for myself and my son. Upon explaining what I could afford as a first time buyer and trading in my now ex-vehicle they quickly pulled up an option and worked with me on the option as well as with my trade-in. The staff was very helpful in teaching me about credit, they were very kind and friendly when it came to what I could afford and what I was looking for. I drove away in my ideal choice satisfied and delighted. I have never received better customer service than what I was offered at Bridge City Auto Sales, I would recommend them to anyone. More

Women Beware! You will be bamboozled, financially taken advantage of and lied to. My young 20-something step daughter went to this dealership to buy her first car. You will be bamboozled, financially taken advantage of and lied to. My young 20-something step daughter went to this dealership to buy her first car. She said her payments need to be below $250. They sold her a 2007 vehicle that listed as $5000 over Kelly Blue Book, with every insurance add on known to man. She came back 5 days later and did not like the car they then up sold her a 2016 vehicle, saying that the payments would be lower and added $4,200 in negative equity from the car she JUST BOUGHT from them to the newer car that was also nearly $5000 over Blue book in value. THEN they added on all the insurances too. A $13,888 vehicle is now going to cost her over $29,000 at payments that are close to $400!. Who does that to an inexperienced, low income, first time car purchase of a young person???? A shoddy and shady dealership, that's who. My sister and law and I went in to discuss the situation with the salesman a few days later (when the daughter told us about this car purchase and we realized how badly they had taken her for a ride) - and we found him to be immediately defensive, nasty, talks down to and belittles women, and then walked out of the room refusing to talk to us further or provide us with the management's information.
