DO NOT buy a car from the dealership. After doing a large amount of research, and looking for a replacement for or 2010 Toyota sequoia, we found a car that appeared to be a good replaceme After doing a large amount of research, and looking for a replacement for or 2010 Toyota sequoia, we found a car that appeared to be a good replacement. It was a 2012 Toyota Sequoia. We called the dealership, spoke with a sales person, named Dale, and then requested to FaceTime the dealership to look at the car, as we were located eight hours away. They showed us the car, and talk to us about the clean Carfax report. Everything seem to check out, so we arranged flights to go pick up the car when we got to the dealership and saw the car the passenger side door had bubbling of the leather, which had been conveniently cut out on their pictures, and they did not show us on FaceTime. In addition, the parking brake did not work, the back window did not roll down, and upon closer inspection of the body, it was obvious the car had been in an accident. One of the gentleman from the autobody center came out and Agreed that it had been in an accident, but it wasn’t reported. They told us that they were going to send it back to auction, which is untrue, as it’s still on their site. Clearly, they assumed since we were coming from far away that we would just buy the car completely disappointing, dishonest, and unfortunate. Please please please take your business anywhere else. We will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau to dispute this. More
