I had already been to this natick location to test drive a Jeep Compass but did not fall in love with the white vehicle. Ali my sales manager took his time to exceed my needs and expectation. Although the jeep I wanted was not in store yet, he stated he will let me know as soon as the New gray compass comes in. Being impatient, I started to look at grand Cherokees as well when I fell in love with a 2014 white one at fans dealership. The sales woman was nice but their manager was so unreasonable and I could tell was trying to rip me off. I went back to Natick to look at 2015 black grand Cherokee with same miles at pretty much same price! I fell in love (again) and made an offer! They gave me what I wanted for my trade in and Ali was very trusting and excellent service! I loved this dealership so much I convinced my mother to give up the Acura for a new 2017 white grand Cherokee overland!! Thanks to our favorite sales guy, Ali! Highly recommend him! More
