We went to Brigham Gill to purchase our 2nd suv from them, and dealt with Bill. We walked in to purchase a Gray Jeep Liberty and after looking awhile we finally settled on a limited edition. Guy (Bill) has worked with us before and is a genuinely nice person. We were paired up with other salesmen at BG, but my wife and I didn't feel comfortable until sitting down with Bill again. My husband and I had our car taken there after it had been in an accident. We purchased the car in August and at the time of the accident it only had 7000 miles on it. The man at the body shop was very helpful during our conversations about getting the car done. We picked the car up after New Years. Within minutes of driving the car I noticed a loud noise and a vibration. I called my husband and we decided to call the next day since it was close to closing and my commute home is already terrible. My husband calls and is told that everyone's perception of sound is different but to bring it in at our convenience and they will take a look at it. We bring it in and I speak to the body shop manager who drives it into the garage while discussing the sound with me and my husband is in the backseat. He explains how he can't believe this happened since it was test driven before returned to us. (My husband checked our paperwork before we went back and the mileage in and out was identical). He takes us to the waiting area and tells us what they do will and leaves. My husband and I stay in the waiting area and watch our car leave and then return. Suddenly, my husband gets a phone call from the manager stating that he wanted to make sure that was my husband with me and not someone else before he came out to the waiting area to explain. He tells my husband what is wrong with it and eventually meets us. Mind you the car is in both of our names and he has been speaking to me since I'm the one who actually drives but does not address any of the issues with me. We find out that there is a bad wheel hub somewhere though they are not sure where or if it is from the accident. So we go back to a rental car. The next day we get a call that it is in fact the two front wheel hubs and they think one is just bad and one is from the accident but will all be fully paid for. Conveniently they are BOTH located on areas affected by the accident. When I picked my car up a few days later the body shop manager was above and beyond sweet. At one point he pulls another man into the conversation and begins to talk about how the wheel hubs on the Jeeps are cheap and he basically thinks it was a bad part. He states that multiple people test drove it before it was given back to me. He shows me a few pictures: the wheel hub, my license plate, and the mileage when we brought it back in. When I get back into my Jeep I again notice that the supposed mileage in is at the exact same number as my Jeep when I started my car. I have not had any problems since but have no intentions of going back. People make mistakes but I do not appreciate being lied to as if I do not understand what happened. I may have to drive farther to another dealership but after this behavior it is worth it. More

I have been contacted by them a couple of times since my purchase and am glad that they do not just sell you a new vehicle and leave you hanging, I will recomend them to anyone who asks about a jeep dealer.The only dissapointment I have is not a brigham gill issue it is a chrysler issue and that is that the pictures I was looking at on line when I picked out a jeep are misleading with regards to the tires and rims, the jeep pictured on line had black rims and off road tires that was actually the the reason i chose the jeep I did, Now for me to obtain the look I was going for I will have to purchase these rims separately, this is a practice that Chrysler should correct, and I will be contacting the corperation to express my dissapointment with this. We walked in intending to merely begin our car shopping experience, but because of the quality customer service and fair pricing, we walked out the same day with a purchased vehicle. We were greeted without any waiting by salesman, Rith Lan. He was awesome! Very friendly, accomodating and easy to talk with. He explained the features of the car, presented us with a variety options and never pressured us into buying more features than we needed. He listened carefully to our needs and wishes and matched us to the exact model we wanted. He was respectful of our need to take time lots of time in the car looking things over and playing with the "bells and whistles". The negotiation was easy and stress free with no middle manager present and pressuring. When we purchased the car he spent time reviewing the features and gave us a tour of the service department and introduced us to the staff. It felt like a family that had our best interest in mind.
