I have had the same issue each time I have had it serviced since I purchased this car. It’s frustrating. They claim to fix it and when I get it back, it’s still not working properly. I have brought my Lincoln in several times since 2023 with constantly deflating tires. Purchased new tires with the dealership twice in that time frame with no resolution. Finally I was told the issue wa with constantly deflating tires. Purchased new tires with the dealership twice in that time frame with no resolution. Finally I was told the issue was in the rim, and it was finally resolved. I had been forced to inflate my tires on no less than a weekly basis for approximately 3 years. Also, my car no longer would sync with Apple Car Play, creating an unsafe driving experience without easily seeing GPS or hands free texting/calling. The dealership claimed they resolved the issue by replacing a cable or wire harness. When I picked the car up, nothing was fixed. I have spent thousands of dollars during these maintenance/repair visits, and have been inconvenienced having to use Ubers while the car was being worked on. I am extremely disappointed that this will have to continue, and would apply the lowest rating possible to this dealership. I don’t have confidence that the car will be properly repaired. This series of experiences has soured me on Lincoln, which is a shame, because up until recently, I loved my MKZ. More
