Brighton Ford

Refused to give me a quote after test drive. I went into Brighton Ford looking for a quote on a work truck. I told the sales person I was not quite ready to buy but that I had a loan check in han I went into Brighton Ford looking for a quote on a work truck. I told the sales person that Price was my biggest factor and that I wanted a good "work truck" with a crew cab and 6.5' bed. That's really all I cared about and all the information I have him. He brought me a Very nice $53,000 truck to test drive. It was really nice and out of my budget. When I asked him for something more affordable he mentioned a "Demo" truck with 1,800 miles on it. I agreed to test drive it and like this truck also. It was a fit for what I was looking for and so I asked for a price. After leaving the desk to get a price from his sales manager the salesperson returned to inform me they were refusing to quote me a price on the truck because "it might sell quickly, maybe today maybe tomorrow we don't know". I thought he was joking so I chuckled and asked how much the truck was. He looked me in the eye and said: "we are not going to give you a price on that truck"... hmmm. I am still trying to wrap my brain around the logic in this move but overall I waisted 2 hours of my time with this dealership and will be buying my truck elsewhere. More

Service department needs an overhaul I purchased a new F 150 and the buying process was good. The vehicle has had 3 defects in less than 6 months and it has proven impossible to get the I purchased a new F 150 and the buying process was good. The vehicle has had 3 defects in less than 6 months and it has proven impossible to get the truck in here in a timely or professional manner. As a matter of fact the 2 times it was in the shop the shop called asking if I wanted to make an appointment as they didn't even know it was there!!!!!. The service department does not return calls, does not communicate well with the customer and despite repeated mistakes refuses to apologize or take responsibility for their mistakes. More

Excellent customer service I was a little worried as I was buying my very first new vehicle but within minutes I felt welcomed by everyone at the dealer. Todd is the friendliest salesman I have ever met and look forward to doing business with him in the future. He is an honest and overall great guy. Unbelievable I walked in Monday and was greeted by Todd Cowen. I only had a few minutes to spare before going to work my car had died on Saturday night. Within 15 minutes Todd found the vehicle I wanted. We exchange numbers and I went to work. He contacted me and I gave him the information he needed. At 2:30 that afternoon I came back after working and by 5:00 I drove my new vehicle off the lot. It was unbelievable because the vehicle was exactly what I wanted and the cost was very reasonable. They had the exact car she wanted, and within her budget. We called and spoke with Maynard and he assured us he would have the car available and ready for us to look at when we arrived. Maynard was fun, professional and friendly. He got our daughter financed quickly and we received fair value for our trade. There was no sales pressure and Maynard did everything he could to make our daughters first car buying experience smooth and painless. Would return to this dealership again, and would recommend to all! More

Worst experience EVER I had the WORST experience trying to lease my first car at Brighton ford. My mother and I stopped in for some information and numbers to think about I had the WORST experience trying to lease my first car at Brighton ford. My mother and I stopped in for some information and numbers to think about last week. We were interested in the 119 dollar F-150 deal that you advertise. Once we arrived we were told that truck that qualifies for that Brighton doesn't even carry. Then the sales person (David Willard) who was helping us tried to rush us into a completely different car (c-max) then pressure us into a different pickup. It seemed like he didn't listen to what we wanted. When I told him we would be going to Bill Brown Ford instead, he got pretty pissy with me. When we got to Bill Brown we were greeted by the most wonderful sales person, it really made me feel that we weren't being treated fairly at Brighton. Skip to this week, I have everything set up for my new truck at Bill Brown, and I get a random text from David at 9 at night, asking if I'm "still in the market"! I explained I was all set with another dealer. He said he could "beat any deal by $500". I ignored him. Come the next morning I get another text "I'll beat any deal by $2000 Guaranteed!" I still ignored him. Then I got "Hi??" a heart emoji? With a customer? My family and I were incredibly disturbed. We've attempted to contact a manager by phone, with no response. This is the most unprofessional treatment I've ever received. I will never return to Brighton Ford!! More
