Lending Tree and Car.com recommend us because we have a commitment to customer service that is unequaled. We apologise for any vehicles that you may have seen, that were not up to your standards. We do maintain a number of vehicles for less than $2000, that we offer to customers. We would be the first to agree that some of them have a lot to be desired, but not may dealers even stock vehicles in this price range. Our selection of certified used cars might have been of greater interest to you. While not priced at less than $2000 all of them are significantly discounted, relative to Kelly Blue Book suggested prices. Not working on commission can save you thousands of dollars. We do work with over 30 lenders, and while it may be confusing to some, we work with them so that we can obtain the most favorable terms possible, for all of our customers, regardless of credit.

We are truly sorry about your experience. We do offer low interest rates, have $0 down programs and do purchase trade-ns. Sometimes credit issues impact what lender perceive as low, but that is often beyond our control. But in NO CASE are we able to have our lenders charge customers a rate, higher than the legal limit. Clearly that is not the case here either. While we are not the lender, in many cases there is quite a bit of confusion about who the lender really is. We work with over 30 lenders, to attempt to get our customers the most favorable terms possible. In the process of doing so, our customers may receive many offers of credit, from multiple lending sources. It is a bit daunting, but we can sit down with you and navigate the process, so that you have a complete understanding, before you leave with your new car. Mind you, we are not impersonating a bank, but as representatives of the lenders that we work with, we do communicate with our customers, on their behalf. Its great that you bring these issues up. I am sorry we didn't have a chance to discuss them with you earlier.

Dear Mark: Sorry about your concerns. The vehicle history report that we offered you was Autocheck not Carmax. It is a very similar product to Carfax and many dealers offer it to their customers. If that was not satisfactory to you, you could have run your own Carfax and found that they collect data from THE EXACT SAME vehicle history sources. Our inspection is a 120 point inspection and it meets or exceeds Chevrolet's standards for vehicle quality. We don't offer any of our customers any interest rate, as we do not do in house or buy-here pay-here financing. If you were offered an interest rate of 22% it would have been by a third party who would have assessed such a rate based on your credit. You are always more than welcome to obtain your own financing. If you want a Carfax, and Autocheck isn't good enough for your needs, you can always log onto carfax.com and get one. If you want to have an independent inspection of one of our cars, so that you can have a more satisfactory report about the car, we always are agreeable to that. If you feel that you qualify for more favorable financing terms, you can obtain you own loan. Sorry about your experience.

We are sorry about your experience with our service department. To date, we know of no way to warp rotors, while a vehicle is in for service. If someone were to ask us to warp their rotors for them, we would be short on suggestions for how to do it. We would be more than happy to replace your rotors for you, if you feel that they need servicing, and offer you a complimentary oil change for your trouble. Again, Sorry.

We are very sorry for your experience, but we do have a policy of not altering our vehicles, at the customers request, without a sales agreement. We sell all of our vehicles at significant savings, relative to Kelly Blue Book suggested pricing, and are unable to accomodate upgrade requests, as a result of a mere phone inquiries about the car. Many of our customers, agree to purchase vehicles if we include some upgrades, such as new tires and we are more than happy to do that and in fact put such agreements in writing.
