Kaelyn was attentive, listened well and patient with my decision process. She kept in contact with me while also abiding my boundaries for when to call or contact me with follow-up questions. Paul was the finance person. He was friendly but forward and a little pushy. However, HE DID NOT STOP UNTIL HE FOUND THE BEST FINANCING FOR ME. So while his personality could use a little tweaking, I was VERY impressed with his work ethic and would consider coming back in the future or telling others to check out Brighton Motors for a used car simply because of their work ethics. Note - The car had a defect when I drove off, and they did not hesitate to get a tow truck to me (45 minutes away) and get the problem fixed the same day. Fantastic service! More

My vehicle was not inspected at all, unsafe for the road due to missing right front locking bolt for tie rod end that popped out of place while pulling into gas station. I do NOT trust this dealership. I was lied to , delivery was 4 hrs late, wrong tires. The $900 dealer prep is robbery. Everyone is very friendly and made the purchasing process easy. The only complaint I have is that when I took delivery the gas tank was completely empty (low gas light on) so the very first stop was the gas easy.
