Pleasant experience - friendly and informative I was satisfied with both the price paid for the new Honda, and the trade-in allowance on my old vehicle. I used several internet sources to estimate I was satisfied with both the price paid for the new Honda, and the trade-in allowance on my old vehicle. I used several internet sources to estimate both a reasonable price, and a reasonable trade-in value - and both received were in a reasonable range. In addition, the employees I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The main reason I decided to buy in a quick manner was what I felt was the fair prices quoted. I had a previous experience about seven months ago, also in attempting to purchase a new Honda, and was offered a ridiculously low price for my trade-in, about $2,000 less for an auto which was not as old, and had a mileage reading of almost 7,000 miles less. Obviously, I could not complete a deal with this other Honda dealer, because I felt insulted by the trade-in offer, which was far below a fair value. More

Hand Free Link issue unresolved Routine oil change and unexpected minor brake issue fixed promptly under the terms of my dealer's maintenance contract, but a technical issue related Routine oil change and unexpected minor brake issue fixed promptly under the terms of my dealer's maintenance contract, but a technical issue related to the Honda Hands Free Link was treated as a "we have not seen this issue before" and offered no solution. A web search for the problem (incomplete download of smart phone contacts to the Hands Free Link Phone Book) found numerous similar problems with no resolution. A detailed complaint was forwarded to Hands Free Link support. Obviously there needs to be better communication between Honda Hands Free Link tech personnel and the Honda Dealership chain. I know better systems are available in other vehicles and this will influence my next vehicle acquisition decision. More
Great Dealership! My wife and I were in the market to buy or lease a new car. We went to a couple other dealerships before going to Brilliance. The others places were My wife and I were in the market to buy or lease a new car. We went to a couple other dealerships before going to Brilliance. The others places were super pushy, didn't listen or care to hear what my wife and I wanted and only cared about closing another deal. My experience at Brilliance was the complete opposite. Eric was super nice, friendly, answered all my questions and worked with me on my trade-in and overall lease deal. It was by far the best experience I have had at a car dealership. I would recommend this place and Eric to others that are looking to purchase or lease a new car. More
