I was weighing the options of buying my son a used car or selling him my 2008 and buying a new car. Darrell was able to provide a very attractive deal that made the decision pretty easy. I now have a shiny new Honda Accord in the garage. We now have 3 Accords (2007, 2008 and 2012) and expect to own more in the future. More

Dealership overall was great and we were treated, the entire time, with great care and friendliness. Felt very comfortable. After our purchase though is when the dealership and Darrell showed its true entire time, with great care and friendliness. Felt very comfortable. After our purchase though is when the dealership and Darrell showed its true value. We drove the new 2012 Odyssey home and when we went back to drive it, it would not start. It turns out that there was a mechanical problem. We called the dealership and Darrell and they immediately jumped to action. They were very apologetic and they picked up the car and fixed it as quickly as possible. It was not a situation of us having to pursue them because the purchase was already over. It was very clear that they cared about us, wanted to address the issue as much as we did, and wanted our experience to be a good one. The extra steps they took, and their dedication to us as customers, was the best I could have envisioned and I would highly recommend both Darrell as sales and the Dealership itself for/to anyone wishing to purchase a Honda. We traded in a 2006 Nissan Frontier for a 2012 Honda Civic. We were impressed with the trade in amount as we felt it was fair on a vehicle that was well maintained during the time we owned it. Darrell w Civic. We were impressed with the trade in amount as we felt it was fair on a vehicle that was well maintained during the time we owned it. Darrell worked with us to narrow our search down to a new Civic when we explained that we wanted to reduce our gas costs per month. We initially believed a used car would give us a better price and we were concerned that, for a new car, our monthly payment would be too high. We were and are pleased that a brand new (beautiful) Civic not only drastically increased our fuel efficiency, but our monthly payment is lower than what we were paying on the Frontier (because I always paid $100 extra each month) because of the low financing available. Good news especially when you consider the warranty on the Civic that we most certainly did not have on the aging Frontier. At the end of the sales process, Darrell explained to me the benefits of purchasing the paint protection plan. He did not force me to decide to purchase the plan, but he gave me several reasons why it was a good idea. I purchased it. The following morning, I woke up with a sense of dread about spending over $1,500 on the plan. I emailed Darrell and told him my predicament and that I wanted to cancel the plan or at least reduce the cost. He didn't hesitate and said that he would issue a credit immediately. I am so relieved that the cost was reduced and the best part is we still have the paint protection plan and a new Honda! We have purchased many cars over the years. Because of our experience this week, we have found our new dealership and, most importantly, we have found our new salesperson in Darrell. He is a good guy who actually seems to care about his customers. Brilliance, hold on to him! He is a keeper! :) More
