He also engaged in more converstaion with me when I came back to review pricing and options with our sales rep. He was a true pleasure! Darrell was extrememly helpful to me the minute I walked into the show room for a test drive. He followed up with me in the manner I had asked.. not too much ... not too little. He explained all of the car options. When I came back to negotiate pricing of other options and my trade in, he did everything to be accomodating. We had purcahsed a Honda Accord from you 5 years ago, and had a good experience then, so we felt we should give you the chance of selling to us again. This time, however, we were purchasing two new Hondas at the same time .. this CRV and a Honda Accord. The bottom line is that McGrath beat your pricing a little bit, but we chose to stay with you due to the professionalism of your team...Darrell being a big part of that team! I would recommend anyone to seek out Darrell when purchasing their next car. More

I drive an hour to do business here because I know I will be treated with respect throughout the process, able to choose from a vast product selection that is knowledgeably presented, and reach a very competitive price with sales staff and management that are highly ethical. They are the best. Period. I worked in car sales and finance in the mid-90's and I know how challenging and cutthroat this job can be, especially now, when information and offerings are so widely known. This dealer is doing it right. There are five choices for new Hondas in a 50 mile radius from me -- I go the farthest to Brilliance because I know they go the farthest for me. More
Went in looking to purchase 2 vehicles and had a trade-in. Did not feel pressured to buy and ended up feeling like we got a great deal (along with great cars). It is not often that you feel comfortable working with sales people at any car dealership, usually it is an exhausting and unpleasant experience. Not so,working with Darrell at Brilliance Honda. It is the first time that I left a dealership feeling...happy. We purchased a CR-V for my wife. Darrell took the time to calm my wife's anxieties and answer all of her questions and concerns. He then took the time to explain every button, knob and switch as well as connect her cell phone to the bluetooth. If it wasn't for Darrell, we would still be looking for a car. Thank you Darrell! When I first arrived the original sales person was extremely rude. He refused to show me any cars unless I let him run a credit check to make sure I could afford a new car. I immediately turned to leave and about the time I reached my car, Jon the sales manager ran after me and apologized, pulled all 4 cars I was interested in up, and Susan Cook proceeded to show me the cars and answer my questions. Susan was excellent and turned the trip around. Their offer for my trade-in was less than I had received from other dealership appraisals, but Jon was willing to work some of my concerns out. Jon and Susan were excellent and very friendly. Even with the bad start this became the best experience I have had at a car dealership. More
We went to service the Honda accord we already had and decided to walk around and see the new cars. Max came up to us and asked if I wanted to test drive. A Honda fit and I did and fell in love with it, so we talked numbers and got it. Then as we were signing the paperwork with Kip, he suggested we could get a new Honda accord too. So, my husband test drive that car and guess what, we got that one too. So the overall experience was great, thanks to Max and Kip. More
