It is not often that you feel comfortable working with sales people at any car dealership, usually it is an exhausting and unpleasant experience. Not so,working with Darrell at Brilliance Honda. It is the first time that I left a dealership feeling...happy. We purchased a CR-V for my wife. Darrell took the time to calm my wife's anxieties and answer all of her questions and concerns. He then took the time to explain every button, knob and switch as well as connect her cell phone to the bluetooth. If it wasn't for Darrell, we would still be looking for a car. Thank you Darrell! When I first arrived the original sales person was extremely rude. He refused to show me any cars unless I let him run a credit check to make sure I could afford a new car. I immediately turned to leave and about the time I reached my car, Jon the sales manager ran after me and apologized, pulled all 4 cars I was interested in up, and Susan Cook proceeded to show me the cars and answer my questions. Susan was excellent and turned the trip around. Their offer for my trade-in was less than I had received from other dealership appraisals, but Jon was willing to work some of my concerns out. Jon and Susan were excellent and very friendly. Even with the bad start this became the best experience I have had at a car dealership. More
We went to service the Honda accord we already had and decided to walk around and see the new cars. Max came up to us and asked if I wanted to test drive. A Honda fit and I did and fell in love with it, decided to walk around and see the new cars. Max came up to us and asked if I wanted to test drive. A Honda fit and I did and fell in love with it, so we talked numbers and got it. Then as we were signing the paperwork with Kip, he suggested we could get a new Honda accord too. So, my husband test drive that car and guess what, we got that one too. So the overall experience was great, thanks to Max and Kip. More
I have purchased three cars from this dealership: 2002, 2008 and 2012. My first experience was good but I was unhappy with how I was treated during my second purchase in 2008 as well as during several ser 2008 and 2012. I told myself that although I love Honda’s, I would never go back to this dealership. I needed new brakes a few months ago and decided to take my car to the dealership after several years of abstaining. I was treated very nicely and was impressed with the improvement in service. Unfortunately my car was totaled in an accident a week ago. I called Brilliance Honda and Max was able to find me a car that perfectly fit my needs. He was fast, fair and friendly. He solidified a change in my opinion about this dealership and I now plan on returning to both service my current vehicle and purchase future vehicles. More
