My wife and I were driving thru the car lot to see what the Honda's looked like. We were about to drive away to purchase a used car from carmax when we were stopped by Max Ring. I figured any man standing out in the cold waving down potential customers needed to be heard. We really couldn't afford a new car so Max found a leased car that fit our pocket book. We purchased it because Max was a great salesman and worked with us to get down the cost. He also threw in some unexpected extras that made us happy. Even the gentleman that did our financing at Brilliance Honda worked with us to control the interest rate. So far the sales part of Brilliance Honda was a good experience. I purchased a vehicle here with the assurance that the service department was exceptional. The repairs on my care were done were not done correctly and when I brought it up to their attention the service service department was exceptional. The repairs on my care were done were not done correctly and when I brought it up to their attention the service manager, he was quick to respond this is not due to our negligence. The car was in the service department on three separate days and this job should have taken an hour max. The service receipt the second day had a different price for the part that was replaced. I would run and run far away from this service department as they are not professional, not qualified, and do not take responsibility for their lack of quality work. I would have gotten better quality of service from the no name repair shop. More
