My husband and I had been at a few other dealers in the area before Brilliance. We were greeted at the door by Sean. He sat down with us and found out what we were really looking to find. Other dealers just wanted to show me cars they liked or maybe what made them the most money. He went over everything the car came with and showed us the work they performed. He made eye contact the entire time, was never pushy and treated us like People! I have already sent a family member in to see him. I definitely would recommend buyin a car there. Great experience. Well this was an all time low for any experience at a car dealer. The sales manager, Warren Choe, stated screaming at my wife and I because we weren't negotiating the way he thought we should. My wife and I were considering Brilliance which was close to home and another dealer a half hour away. After meeting with a couple salesmen and a manager we were quickly convinced that Brilliance was committ to home and another dealer a half hour away. Darrell showed us the exact vehicle we were interested in and answered all of our questions concerning the 2012 Honda CR-V. We had previously looked at a Toyota RAV4 but fell in love with the redesigned 2012 Honda CR-V. We are very loyal Honda owners. We already own a Honda Pilot and a Honda Accord that we were replacing. Nevertheless, we wanted to explore our options since a new vehicle purchase is a major and significant commitment. The salesman I worked with was friendly, not at all pushy with the sale, did not bug me by calling me everyday as other salesmen from other dealerships did, made me feel at ease and on top of that he gave me with the sale, did not bug me by calling me everyday as other salesmen from other dealerships did, made me feel at ease and on top of that he gave me the best price by far on the car I was looking for. Other salesmen tried to push options and models that I didn't want on me but Corey did not do that. This dealership was also cleaner and more professional looking than all of the other dealerships I went to. I would recommend this dealership other the other Honda dealerships in the area and I also recommend this salesman in particular. More
