I came in to buy the 2005 AVEO. Darrel did not waste my time with other offers. There was no pressure about anything and my daughter and I were treated as if we were buying an expensive new car instead of time with other offers. The financing gave me a great interest rate,was quick and easy and gave me better terms than my credit union (5yrs). Darrell and Chris took the time to explain everything clearly. One caveat - the AVEO shows a check engine lite that I was told would be remedied by the service department (O2 sensor) at no charge to me. This rating is based on the assumption that the check engine lite will be remedied - hopefully with the O2 sensor- BUT regardless of what it takes the check engine light will be remedied at no change to me. I will not accept a car that shows a check engine light. I am counting on the honesty and integrity of the Brilliance Honda dealership to make good in this matter. I have scheduled an apt. with the service department for Friday Jan 4. More

I had a great experience buying a Honda Odyssey from Brilliance Honda. Eva gave me the "out the door" price as I requested and promised that I would get that price when I came in the following day to ge Brilliance Honda. I had done research and knew what I was willing to pay, and I was satisfied with the price. Unlike other salespeople I've dealt with, she sent me an email detailing the price and everything it included (tax, etc.)--other dealerships have "conveniently" left out things we had agreed on over the phone. I was very happy with the price and even happier that nothing changed when I got to the dealership (I had a cashier's check for the exact amount, and that's all I paid). Not interested in rust-proofing, extended warranties, etc. and did not feel pressured into them. Eva went over some features in the car and offered to set up our phones with the car's Bluetooth. My experience at Brilliance Honda was great--well worth the trip from Wisconsin for the price and service. More

The blower fan for our 2011 Pilot went out and we needed it repaired, it was after hours so I had called and spoke to Ben the service manager. He said to bring it in and we will take care of you. My wife brought the car in and they had it replaced within an hour! They have exceeded our expectations each and every time we have been there for service or repairs. On the sales side, they have treated us fairly and without all the car sales games other dealers like to play. I recently purchased a 2013 Accord Touring. After haggling for over a month with 8 other dealerships I was definitely growing weary of the game. Some dealerships wouldn't even quote MSRP and said I had to come in for a price period. Since I wasn't getting anywhere with most of the dealerships I was working with I decided to broaden the field and called Brilliance Honda and talked with Darrell Herbert . What a refreshing surprise. Right off the bat Darrell quoted me a price lower than all the other dealerships I had wasted the last 4 weeks working with within $300 of my target purchase price. We agreed to split the difference and I purchased the car that evening. Everything about the purchase experience continued to be great. Darrell's knowledge of the car was impressive and he was able to answer all of my many questions. When I went back to pick up the car all the options I had ordered were installed, the car was perfect. I highly recommend Darrell Herbert and Brilliance Honda to anyone looking to buy a new Honda.
