I was actually shocked how easy buying a car from Brilliance Honda was. I requested an internet quote from the dealership and received a very prompt response from Bob Daniel. The price Bob quoted to me was the best price I received from the dealerships that responded. Bob's response was also not just some automated reply. Some of the dealerships had 4 or 5 sales people respond to me and typically it was with different prices for the same vehicle. Bob obviously takes your business seriously and cares about the customer. Bob also had to search for the color of the vehicle I wanted and completed a dealer trade promptly so I could have the car I wanted, which, since there were only 2 in the Chicago area was very impressive. Bob set me up with Max Ring to complete the transaction. Max is a very personable and extremely friendly salesman. He came in on his day off because of my busy schedule and never made me feel rushed. Max was very organized, had all the paperwork ready to go when I arrived, took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my new vehicle and makes a great cup of hot chocolate!! Max also really shows that he cares about the customer. I have had some HORRIBLE experiences throughout my life purchasing new vehicles. I was actually stunned at how easy it was at Brilliance Honda. I kept waiting for something bad to happen but it never did. Every person I spoke to there, Bob, Max, the sales manager, the finance manager, EVERYONE was so nice that I would absolutely recomend this dealership. I was part of our church committee to purchase a new vehicle for our church. The Honda Odyssey was one of the desired vehicles. The Internet gave me 3 leads - Honda of Kenosha,Napleton Auto in Loves P vehicle for our church. The Honda Odyssey was one of the desired vehicles. I visited Kenosha (closest to my home) to see an Odyssey.I received pricing from these 3 dealerships. I found out that Brilliance of C.L. was 10 minutes from work. Stopped in at my lunch and was met on the outside steps by Max Ring. Now I had 4 people contacting me and Max Ring gave the best deal. Max did a great job of follow-up w/o being a bother. We were in the market for a new Honda Odyssey. I have had 5 different Hondas over the years and worked with different Dealers on the North Shore. A friend recommended Brilliance and we could not believe the 5 different Hondas over the years and worked with different Dealers on the North Shore. This combined with the fact that they were able to get our specific car with add-ons and did not try to increase the price because the vehicle was difficult to track down. Darrell Hebert is one of the best salesman I have worked with - he explains everything honestly and does not push extras. He spent over an hour going over the car with us and all the newer electronic parts. He is interesting and a class act who never made us feel like we were taking his time when we called throughout this process with questions. He also made a major accessorie change for us after the transaction was complete. I think the dealership could have said "no" to this request but they just went ahead and handled it so that we felt satisfied. I will recommend this Dealer and this Salesman to whoever will listen. We have to drive upwards of an hour to get there, but it is worth it. More
