We first come to Brilliace Honda of Crystal Lake two years ago,after few hours we drove away in a brand new Honda crv. Everyone at the dealer was quite friendly and willing to tend to every need; they even offered to help me out by applying the body side moldings I had purchased (and was planning on applying myself). However, I gave their customer service aspect a 4 only because I felt like I was being tossed from salesperson to salesperson (first dealt with the online salesperson to get a quote and work out the initial price, then transferred to Darrell who worked with me in person, he was late when I arrived to sign papers, etc., so I was then helped by the manager). Overall, this was not a big deal, but I was hoping to secure more of a relationship with the actual person who was receiving the commission on the purchase of this vehicle. More

This is my second Honda purchased from Max Ring and Brilliance Honda. I was able to conduct a majority of the transaction over the phone and via the internet with Max, who is very knowledgeable and a g Brilliance Honda.
