I came to the dealer without an appointment on Thursday, May 19th and met with an instantly likeable salesman, Max Ring. I advised Max of what I was looking to test drive (2012 Civic LX automatic) and we were off within minutes for a thorough/in-depth test drive/evaluation. Max was very knowledgeable about the 2012 Civic and straightforward in his answers. By the end of the day, I had a solid quote for the entire transaction that was more than fair and put down a down payment that afternoon by phone (Something I rarely do on a new car purchase). I picked up the car yesterday (May 21st) after a dealer locate was done, and it exceeded my expectations. This dealership had a good atmoshpher from the moment i talked to them on the phone. We set something up right away where i could come in and test drive which happened to be the day i purchased. I was contacted by Max Ring to purchase new 2011 Honda Fit. He advised me that I could get a new Fit Sport like my old 2009. He advised me I could trade out and not pay any additional money out of pocket. Fit. He advised me that I could get a new Fit Sport like my old 2009. My 2009 was out of warranty, so I did consider it. All went well and Max did as he said. I also kept my payment the same as for my 2009!!! I did not want a higher payment. The whole process went very smoothly and quickly. More
I bought my 2009 Honda Accord LX from Brilliance Honda in Sept, 2008. Recently I received a letter from them stating I could get a lower interest rate and lower payments on a new vehicle. I corresponded with Nick via email and we agreed upon a tentitive deal. Nick then handed me off to Ryan in Sales. When I went into the dealship, not only was the deal as discussed, but the interest rate was even lower than we had discussed! The process was painless and hassel free and I actually enjoyed the experience! As part of the deal, there were items that the Service Department needed to deliver. I had to bring my new car back and they provided me with a loaner car and the work was done as promised within the timeframe quoted. I have also used the Service Department at Brilliance Honda exclusively to service my 2009 Accord. I have found them to be professional, accomodating, customer focused; they produce quality work at a fair price; in fact my 2009 Accord needed tires and the Service Department quote was the most competitive! I would definately recommend anyone who wants quality at a fair price to visit Brilliance Honda and see for yourself. More

I corresponded with Nick and we negotiated a tentive deal over email. He turned me over to Ryan Hansen. When I got there, not only was the deal the same, but the interest rate was even lower than Nick and I discussed! It was a hassel free, easy process and I actually enjoyed the experience! I have also used Brilliance Honda for the servicing of my 2009 Accord and will continue to do so with my 2011 Accord. Their service department is professional and efficient; they produce quality service at a reasonable price. In fact, my 2009 Accord needed new tires and Brilliance Honda Service gave me the most competitive quote! Definately a dealer worth doing business with. More
