We were referred to this dealership by our mechanic, who said he'd recommended a number of people to them and they all walked away with reliable, well-maintained used cars at a good price. We called ahead and spoke with Craig, who took our information and what we were looking for, and called back within an hour with recommendations that fit our budget and driving needs. The car we were most interested in was ready for a test drive when we arrived an hour later, and Ryan rode along on the test drive. Both men were knowledgeable about the cars, and if neither knew the answer to a question, they'd find it for us. We did have some questions about the make/model we looked at (specific mechanical issues), and both men were honest and upfront about answering the questions. We didn't feel like we were getting the usual salesman hustle we've experienced at other dealerships. When it came time to finalize the price, we paid what we wanted and drove away very happy.
