The employees of this dealership were extremely pleasant...yes pleasant to deal with. Felt no pressure they were all friendly not pushy and seemed to appreciate our business. They were patient and answered the many questions I had.I took quite a while in deciding which way I wanted to go in regards to the Fit or the Civic, and they were very patient, thoughtful, and professional in the whole process. They offered me their advice without trying to upsell. Also, Jon (the manager) worked with us through a few problems, so that both sides were satisfied in the end. Everything went really well, and I would highly recommend checking them out. Just like any car dealership, they can turn up the heat.
