He patiently answered all my questions, provided an itemized out-the-door quote, and even gave us an estimated value for our trade-in. When we arrived, there were no surprises (as can happen at some dealers) and Evan was even nicer to work with in person! Even the financing process was simple and straightforward as Vince presented us with different options without being pushy. A few days after the sale, I received a phone call from the sales manager personally thanking me for my business and wanting to know what my experience was like.
