Our problem didn't surface until I brought the car back for 1st oil change that I was told we would have free oil changes for the first 7 years based on the extra warrantee package I purchased. The warrantee writer even followed us to the front door and reminded us to bring the car back for free oil changes no matter how many miles on the car every 6 or 7 months. My fault I guess for not reading the policy that I bought for $1095. that the oil changes were not included in this package. Don't believe what they tell you, or get it in writing. The warantee writer will lie and tell you anything to make a sale. Megan the sales manager did send us a card for one free oil change. Nice but still lied to! More
