Experience with cindy laudermilk very unprofessional Very unprofessional dealership gives one price on vehicle and want to charge a different price. I flew up there from Oklahoma to help my 19 year old son buy a car. we arrived for our appointment and she said I didn't think you were coming so I sold the car three hours ago. My son checked the next day and the other salesman tried to sell him the same car. So I tried to buy this car again for my son. Made out a credit report in good faith and she is telling me the car is sold again when they said they were holing it for my son.So my credit score was lowered and I don't have a car for my son. From now on I will always go across the border to Wisconsin. These dealers in and around the city of Chicago in the state of IL are people left over from a bygone era like the politicians in the state of IL.. The place will go broke like Detroit soon enough. This was another reason I left the state of IL. Its unfortunate my son is still there. This dealership is very unprofessional. Stay clear at all cost.Unless you have very deep pockets. More

2nd purchase from Brilliance Went in to purchase our 2nd CRV and wanted to find Fred who sold us our 1st one. We found out Fred had retired and we were taken to another salesperso Went in to purchase our 2nd CRV and wanted to find Fred who sold us our 1st one. We found out Fred had retired and we were taken to another salesperson named Vince Wadman and were told he would "take care" of us. Take care of us he did! We are trilled with our CRV and the deal we got. Vince was very helpful and answered all our questions and never pressured us to make any of the decisions we had to make about our purchase.We had an oil change done on our first CRV in the outstanding service department while we made our purchase to result in utilizing ALL Brilliance has to offer.We have dealt with a few car dealerships in our life and this is the best by far!
