Great Purchasing Experience Rob Calhoun was my sales rep who went above and beyond. After deciding on the "out the door price" with Robert I honestly went to 3 other dealers hopi Rob Calhoun was my sales rep who went above and beyond. After deciding on the "out the door price" with Robert I honestly went to 3 other dealers hoping to negotiate a lower price from them. They couldn't touch his price. The color I wanted wasn't in stock. He found one and had it onsite within 2 days. The final process was quick and painless. I forgot my garage door opener in the free loaner, and Robert drove out to that customer's home, picked it up, and dropped it off at my house. Talk about service. Darrell Herbert handled the financing and patiently explained all the paperwork making sure I understood it all, and even though I qualified for the special 1.9% financing, he still tried to find a lower rate from Honda. I bought my 2008 CR-V from Brilliance and plan on buying my next car from them as well. More

Warren treated like long-time friends the moment we came to buy our first car and we have kept coming back to deal with him. This time, we also worked with a gentleman named Jeremy who was extremely pleasant and helpful and made sure we didn't drive off the lot until we were very comfortable knowing the new features of our vehicles.
