Great Dealership. Great Customer Service. I generally lowth car shopping...but I have endes up purchasing 2 new Hondas from Brillance Honda in the last 17 months. Both times I have been extrem I generally lowth car shopping...but I have endes up purchasing 2 new Hondas from Brillance Honda in the last 17 months. Both times I have been extremely impressed with the sales staff, finance staff, and management to work with me. We currently own a 2006 Toyota Sienna and came to Brillance as a last stop before making another Toyota purchase, but each time got a better deal on a better product. I work in aircraft maintenance and have always worked on cars/motorcycles/boats...so I'm very cautious about who I allow to work on my vehicles. I have had maintenance work done at Brillance and have been impressed. The workmanship and value are both great and I trust this dealership. More

Spoke to Vince on the phone the evening before i went to the Dealership, he seemed honest and non aggressive . Next day went in to see the Honda Civic. I left to check other vehicles , I called Vince again and Dealership, he seemed honest and non aggressive . Next day went in to see the Honda Civic. Best Car buying experience EVER! I purchased a 2018 CR-V EX from Brilliance in Crystal Lake. There are at least 6 dealers closer to my home. My brother and sister-in-law purchased 2 v I purchased a 2018 CR-V EX from Brilliance in Crystal Lake. There are at least 6 dealers closer to my home. My brother and sister-in-law purchased 2 vehicles from them last year and recommended this dealer. So...I drove out there expecting the same run-around routine I have always dealt with at dealers. What a pleasant surprise! My salesman Jeremy was so nice and super helpful, a real no pressure straight-up kind of gentleman. I traded in a vehicle and got a fair price on that too. Then I saw the finance man...I figured this is where it gets ugly. Wrong again!! Darrell was super nice too! He was efficient and explained options for warranties etc (no pressure). He was able to beat the finance rate offered to me by my credit union too. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a pleasant, smooth car shopping experience. Super impressed!!!
