The salesman was more than accommodating in that regard. He was nice enough to get me a rough estimate on how much it would cost for me to purchase the car. I left, kind of on the fence about the car. When to test drive another car from another dealer and found they where doing it so much different than Brilliance. I enjoyed my experience at Brilliance, I tolerated the other dealership. From start to finish the staff was kind, helpful, and easy to work with. More

We looked at other vehicles and worked with other dealerships. The other dealerships were pressuring us and sending emails to us as soon as we left their lot. We didn't have this at Brilliance. This was the second time we have visited Brilliance. The previous time we did not end purchasing a vehicle from them but the good experience lasted and we were drawn to go back and see them again The staff at Brilliance was friendly and great to work with. Everyone is super nice and willing to answer questions. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. More
