It's a straight-up car the way it should be. This was the buying experience we all want but rarely get. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. In the car and dealer exploration phase they responded quickly with any and all information I requested. They were completely open and transparent regarding their offer. This was probably the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever made and I have bought many cars over the years. Even the head of the Service Dept came by to introduce himself before we left. They are all proud of their dealership and as far as I'm concerned, they have a right to be. I actually walked away from a dealer who, instead of trying to fairly compete, chose instead to disparage any dealer as probably shady making a more competitive offer like Brilliance Honda. Cindy Laudermilk stands out for us, with her integrity, knowledge and pleasing personality. I won't go into detail, but Karma will be very kind to her. Ask for her - you won't be disappointed. When you get to financing, ask for Darrell Herbert, Finance Manager.. Darrell's been with Honda a long time (bought 2-3 cars previously from him when he was a salesman), and he's the same efficient, knowledgeable gentleman in this position. Great Guy. Honda is a well-made car, however, if your interaction is with a standoff-ish type person, it can serve to drive you away. Kudos to Cindy and Darrell! More
