I am left with a sour taste in my mouth! I purchased a car here back in April of this year from Vince and I had a wonderful experience. A couple weeks ago my sister started looking for a vehicle. I recommended her Brilliance Honda, since I had a good experience. Well, we go in with 3 vehicles in mind. We fully test drove 1 and the other two we test drove in the parking lot. When we decided on one and it was time to take care of paperwork, MAX R., our sales person, asked for credit check. However, prior to running her credit, we wanted to negotiate the price of the car, which is completely acceptable. When we get to negotiating, he loses it. In the middle of our conversation, He stands up, walks away, and tells us to have a good day. He pretty much told us to leave with those words. Keep in mind we were simply starting to negotiate. We were never ever rude to him. We were 100% ready to buy and even had large down payment ready. We were serious buyers. He was absolutely rude to us. It was just us two, we look young, we are hispanic,and I believe he thought we were a waste of time for him, so he simply did not care. I feel disgusted to have been treated this way. We were serious buyers... everyone deserves to be treated with respect. We did not deserve to be treated like we were a waste of time and as if, we were not good enough to purchase a vehicle. Your loss Brilliance Honda, not ours. Thank God we did not buy from you. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I will not be recommending you anymore, as I would hate anyone else to be treated this way. More
