Painless experience I used Brillance because I wanted to use the Costco buying program. Rick did a great job of showing me the car that I had already made up my mind to b I used Brillance because I wanted to use the Costco buying program. I did find the business person a bit pushy on the extended warranty to the point that I was questioning my decision to buy a Honda. Sounded like the car was going to break down immediately. I did purchase the paint protector and I wish they had not down the inside because it is now so slippery, I have a hard time holding onto the steering wheel. I will be scrubbing that down to try and get rid of that. More
