Dec 2014 purchase 2012 Civic Max Ring was an attentive and helpful salesman, despite my overall negative feelings about car purchasing in general. We pretty much knew which car we Max Ring was an attentive and helpful salesman, despite my overall negative feelings about car purchasing in general. We pretty much knew which car we were purchasing when we got there, however, it still took 3 hours to end the deal. The pricing was competitive and fair, and I love my Civic, this is my third car and third Civic in 24 years. I would recommend Max and Brilliance to others, just wish there was less pressure for "extras" in the deal. More

Excellent Sales Experience I was referred by a co-worker specifically to Max Ring at Brilliance. I went in comparison shopping to replace my totaled 2014 Toyota Corolla with a I was referred by a co-worker specifically to Max Ring at Brilliance. I went in comparison shopping to replace my totaled 2014 Toyota Corolla with a Honda Civic. Max was superb, start to finish. He was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and did not pressure me in all...the price quote I received was excellent. In fact, it was so good that I asked "what the best deal would be" on a top of the line, loaded, Honda Accord Sport--a car not even on my radar. They made a great offer and I accepted it. It was the easiest, less pressure packed, car buying experience I have ever participated in. The follow up from Max has been wonderful. In the 3 weeks since I have purchased, I have already recommended him 2 times. More

NOT FORGOTTEN AFTER THE SALE I bought a used Odyssey from Max Ring. He was very friendly and didn't play the usual games. The van only had one set of keys and I just mentioned ano I bought a used Odyssey from Max Ring. He was very friendly and didn't play the usual games. The van only had one set of keys and I just mentioned another set would be nice, thinking I would have to have a set made,, three days later Max called and said he found the original owner and he got me the original set that looked like new.. he also got me a new owners manual that was missing..
